You will be guided through a meditation each week to help control your mind, in order to train your brain, which in turn will change your mind! This soothing meditation series will help calm the mind and clear your energy.
Whether it be your bed, or a sacred corner of your house, create a comfortable spot for yourself in the comfort of your own home to take this class and practice your meditation skills.
This 8 week program meets every Wednesday at 6pm for 30 minutes starting 1/6th.
