All Classes incorporate the healing arts of TaiChi and Qi Gong and teach techniques to revitalize , build strength and resilience through breath and energy work.

For those new to TaiChi, this is a special introductory offer just for you! You are invited to sign up for a week of unlimited beginner and level 1 TaiChi@HOME Classes.

This new class teaches a series of Qi Gong exercises that help open up, massage and create better energy flow in the upper back, neck and shoulder area.
In addition to the regular program, all classes currently include the summer time Qi Gong exercises. The exercises will uplift, energize and help the energy of the heart and the same time be cooling and calming to help counter the effects of the heat and fire associated with summer.
