8 week program
Experience the soothing rooting pine meditation series to let go of racing thoughts, negative thought patterns and clear your energy. This 8 week program meets every Wednesday at 6pm for 30 minutes.
Tap into your warrior spirit with this fun 4 week course. You will be learning exercises various sword techniques along with a short sword routine. The characteristics of the TaiChi sword are often related to the dragon. Through the techniques and exercises you will be developing the coiling power of the dragon!

Qi Flow is a hybrid class of TaiChi, Qi Gong and Breath-work. I have combined the best of all three worlds and have curated the most effective exercises into one powerful flow to superpower your internal energies. The sequences will help awaken sensitivities to energy movement, and recalibrate your internal system. The class will leave you grounded, balanced and help activate deep healing.
