All classes incorporate the healing arts of TaiChi, Qi Gong and breath work to teach techniques to revitalize , build strength and resilience through breath and energy work. Class times are all EST. Currently all classes are on ZOOM.

To harness and align with the incredible summer energy, the summer flow incorporates exercises to uplift, energize and offers a deep connection to the natural world. The focus will be on exercises as related to the FIRE element and heart+small intestine energy systems.
The exercises you will be learning in Session 1 are designed to purify, nourish and balance the heart and small intestine. The energies of the Fire element represents our passions, compulsion, zeal, creativity, and motivation.. . it represents our inner light, the "fire" that burns within us.

In nature, a healthy plant naturally produces vibrant flowers. When our Fire energy is healthy, we are able to bloom in our relationship with the world and people. We are able to control our inner thermostat and warm up to people, and have relationships that provide us with joy and happiness.
The series of exercises you will be learning in Session 2 build upon the techniques covered in Session 1. The exercises in this series support the energy of Fire which supports you in your enjoyment of life, and connection to others. The series will continue to focus on exercises that help move energy in the heart and small intestine organ systems.

This class is opened to students of all levels. Class will be held at Red Rock Park by the beach! Qi Gong techniques, mind-body coordination exercise and the 12 movement Yang Style Form will be covered during the 8 weeks. If class needs to be cancelled due to inclement weather, extra classes will be added towards the end of August.
