WHAT IS REIKI
Reiki is a gentle form of healing using spiritually guided energy. It is well known to help promote health and well being and also helps alleviate pain.The energy that you receive during a reiki session taps into your body’s innate healing wisdom and promotes creativity and alignment with positivity. Reiki is now offered at many of the nations top hospitals.

USUI REIKI
Usui Reiki originated in Japan in the 1920’s. Its wondrous effects propelled the system around the world. As it traveled, the teachings adapted to different cultures and belief systems.
I was honored to learn from Starr Beauvais, who studied under the internationally renown Arjava Petter of Europe and Japan and author of The Legacy of Dr. Usui.
In addition to the Usui Method, I can also offer an intuitive perspective to help you tune into your authentic self. The enhanced intuitive senses will accelerate your healing path.
INTUITIVE REIKI SESSION
Using two styles of Reiki ~ Intuitive and Usui ~ in this session, I focus on all levels of your Being (physical, mental/emotional and spiritual). Some of the things we can address:
- Relationship issues.
- Career guidance.
- Grief and loss of loved ones or pets.
- Locate the emotional root of a physical problem ~ a huge step towards healing the condition.
- Connect with your Spirit Guides and animal totems.
- You can leave with ‘homework’ that enhances your session, such as researching symbolism. or reading something in particular.You may have new information and guidance you can use to heal a relationship.
- Sometimes delightful or deeply meaningful insights come from this homework, that you were meant to experience alone to enhance the specialness of the message.
Learn + practice reiki
Reiki 1: Training + Certification
The level one Reiki course offers an introduction to the history and fundamentals of Usui Reiki through emphasis on history, self-care and your unique journey of healing and discovery.
You will learn about:
- what Reiki is, its history, how it was discovered and how it came to the West
- what and where the chakras are and how to work with them
- the foundations and guidelines for Energy Healing
- learning how to feel Reiki energy
- what a Reiki attunement (“Reiju” in Japanese) is and what it does.
- the hand positions for giving others a Reiki treatment and for self-healing
- the structure of a healing session, how to prepare the space, yourself (“Hatsurei Ho” in Japanese) and the receiver
- an introduction to “Byosen” and “Byosen Reikan Ho” (energy scanning technique)
- the Five Reiki Principles (“Gokai” in Japanese)
- the benefits of Reiki and how it complements other therapies.
Reiki 2: Training + Certification
In this one-day Reiki II workshop, you will become certified as a Reiki II Practitioner. Deciding to become Reiki II certified is a choice you made at a conscious level after practicing Reiki I on yourself and others.
Congratulations! You are ready to take the next step.
You will be learning and practicing the three healing symbols. You will gain knowledge of these symbols and how to use these symbols in your everyday life and Reiki practice. Together we will talk about visualization, intention, how to use it and when to use it with the symbols.
Reiki Study Lab
The Reik Lab is a wonderful way for Reiki graduates ( I, II, III) to share treatments and develop technique . The concept of this Reiki lab is for everyone attending to both give and receive Reiki in a supportive environment under Leda's guidance.
