TaiChi is an ancient internal style of Chinese martial arts that has been practiced for thousands of years.  The gentle movements of TaiChi are suitable for people of all ages and physical ability,  and when practiced it can build vital energy in the body which can strengthen the body and remove disease so you live a longer healthier life.  
Its is well known for its numerous benefits which promote wellness of the mid, body and spirit :

Virtual + In-person classes for everyone

TaiChi Classes

TaiChi is an internal style of Chinese Martial Arts that is well known for the benefits it provides.  The exercises of taichi help promote balance and harmony of the mind, body and spirit through its calm and peaceful movements.

There are many styles in TaiChi, and many "forms" which are routines that are taught world wide.  To provide students with the most benefit taichi has to offer without having to spend 10 years to attain it, Leda teaches short and effective taichi forms that will suit the modern day students lifestyle.


Online Classes

Online classes are a convenient way to bring your TaiChi practice right into your living room.  You can sign up for drop-in classes, or commit to a online TaiChi course.  With the courses, you will have unlimited access to the recordings of the classes for the duration of the course!


In-Person Classes

In person classes are offered at A Thousand Cranes Studio, and can also be arranged to be taught at a preferred location.
